Many business owners and senior executives have stacks of reports they never look at because none of them seems to make much sense. Understanding your P&L is vital to small businesses because it also serves as the income statement. Whether it’s time to apply for business credit or a loan, or time to sell your business, you’ll need to bring your P&Ls going back 2 to 3 years. This webinar will help you understand the terms, format, and key performance indicators of profit and loss statements.
