Generative AI has moved from experiment to everyday tool, and HR is one of the functions with the most to gain. Across the employee lifecycle, from attracting candidates to managing exits, a large share of HR effort goes into drafting, summarising, comparing and answering the same questions again and again.
In this 60-minute webinar, Hitesh Motwani, an Anthropic Claude Certified Trainer who has trained more than 200,000 professionals across 400+ organisations, walks through a practical, end-to-end view of AI in HR. He maps each stage of the HR cycle to three buckets: tasks AI can automate, tasks where AI drafts and a human approves, and tasks AI should not touch.
Participants will see live demonstrations of AI writing inclusive job descriptions, summarising resumes against defined criteria, building interview question banks, creating onboarding plans, drafting and comparing HR policies, preparing performance review summaries, and turning raw HR data into clear reports for leadership. The session also introduces simple no-code automations that link these steps so work flows without manual copy and paste.
Because HR handles personal data and decisions that affect careers, responsible use gets equal weight: protecting employee privacy, spotting bias in AI output, keeping a human in the loop on hiring and disciplinary matters, and staying alert to emerging rules on automated employment decision tools. Attendees also learn the TAGS_C prompting framework, a simple structure for prompts that return reliable, ready-to-use output the first time.
HR teams carry more paperwork than almost any other function: job descriptions, screening, onboarding packs, policy updates, performance reviews, employee queries and the reports leadership wants yesterday. Most of that work follows a pattern, and patterned work is exactly what Generative AI handles well.
This session shows you, live, how HR professionals are using tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot to cut the time spent on routine tasks and put it back into people work. No theory and no vendor pitches. You will see real prompts, real HR documents and real workflows you can repeat the next morning.
Just as important, you will learn where AI should not be trusted on its own: hiring decisions, sensitive employee data and anything with legal exposure. You will leave knowing what to automate, what to assist and what to keep firmly human.
