As an entrepreneur, she founded, managed and sold her own accredited proprietary business school. Her current business is a boutique training consultancy, Merlin & Associates. She educates and motivates individuals/teams to cultivate robust communication and problem-solving abilities using DISC profiles, collaborate effectively in multicultural teams, acquire strategies for managing time and stress, and enhance their leadership skills. She also works with active-duty military as a TAP trainer and counselor. Darlene has a BS in Business Education and Master of Business Administration.
